PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE
OPERATE AND WHAT IS EXPECTED.
You must have all your papers in order if you are a foreigner.
You must know how to get clients from your phone and your advertising.
Training can be provided if needed.
You offer what you like.
You work when you like.
The lounges, kitchen and pool area are only for ladies.
We offer intro's and house makes bookings for anyone needing help.
House Rates are R1400 per hour
If you get a booking through your own phone then you charge what you like
Room rate you pay:
R400 for 60 min
Per client.
R200 for every extra 30min
Doubles: R400 per Therapist
for each client per hour.
All-Nighter in the house -
R2500 - 9pm to 7am
We do not have a daily rate
Time is calculated from the time your client drives in till he drives out.
Accommodation
FREE
Levies
R250 per week
Deducted from your first booking for the week.
Fines:
You are expected to do a min of 10 bookings per week.
If you do 10 or more you will be rewarded with one free room fee the following week.
If you do between 7- 9 bookings for the week then your fine is R400
If you do between 5 and 7 for the week then your fine is R500
If you do less than 5 for the week then your fine is R750
These fines are to be paid from your first booking for the week.
Travel Bookings:
What you do outside has nothing to do with us, you are only renting rooms from us.
Treatments Offered:
You offer what you like.
Advertising:
You will need to have two
adverts at all times.
Photoshoots:
You are welcome to do your shoots at the venue before 10am.
Dress code:
Smartly dressed & Well Groomed at all times.
Drugs:
We have ZERO tolerance for any form of narcotics (DRUGS)
including smoking cannabis.
Business Hours:
Every day from 7:30 to 12am
Remember you work when you like.

You may not work at other venues unless they are OUTSIDE of Gauteng,
Access to the venue:
For the first month you can get
in and out between
7:30 and 10pm everyday
Afterwards you can get your own
remote.
Housekeeping.
The house is cleaned every morning.
You are responsible to tidy and clean up after yourself and after every appointment.
If you are booked back-to-back, you can ask her for help,
Between 7:30 and 5pm
What to bring with you:
A Smart/Classy outfit with nice clean shoes to meet your clients.
A relaxed outfit (Tracksuit) that covers you properly while sitting in the lounge.
Your personal toiletries.
Massage oil & Products you use in the room.
(Coconut oil is NOT allowed, we use cold water to wash our washing and
Coconut oil cakes up and damages the washing machines)
Your food and beverages for the day.
A small lock so you can lock your stuff and money away.
You are 100% responsible for your stuff, lock everything away.
We do not allow the following:
Therapists that take mood-altering medication.
No persons under 21 years.
You must be a natural born female, look it and act it.
Negative, Angry, Trouble Makers.
Ladies that steal or scam people.
Ladies that cause DRAMA
People who engage in gossiping, negative thinking and complaining.
Drunk/Intoxicated ladies or clients
NO DBS&M allowed here.
(we don't have the facilities for this and no you can't set it all up in a room)
NO NURU massages allowed.
(Nuru gel gets on everything and is never cleaned up properly afterwards)
You may not use coconut oil even if it's odourless, it damages the washing machines.
